Mohammadtaghi Ansari
I was born in Khuzestan Province, a land where the first oil well in the Middle East was drilled in the historic city of Masjed Soleyman. My life and professional path have been deeply shaped by the oil industry, the sea, and international transport. My family has been engaged in maritime navigation and sea trade since the sixteenth century, according to historical records. This heritage has instilled in me a profound passion and lifelong commitment to the maritime and transport industry.
I earned my first bachelor’s degree in International Transport Services Management with excellent grades from the Iran Chamber of Commerce University. Alongside my studies, I gained significant practical experience in fleet management, dangerous goods transport, and pharmaceutical logistics (Pharmaceutical Systems Transport).
Over time, I expanded my activities into the field of marine operations and navigation, and I currently serve as a representative of international shipping companies at specialized petrochemical ports in southern Iran.
I continued my education in Customs Services at governmental and applied universities in West Azerbaijan Province, near the Turkish border, and during my stay in Turkey, I actively participated in international forwarding and logistics projects in the country’s southern ports.
My lifelong concern has been to ensure that mineral and chemical materials — whether hazardous or sensitive — reach their destination safely, cost-effectively, and with minimal environmental impact. To achieve this, I have dedicated myself to training transport fleets, standardizing transport routes, and implementing international conventions and safety protocols with precision and care.
My professional qualifications include:
FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding – Comprehensive knowledge of maritime, container, multimodal, air, road, rail, and inland waterway transport; customs, logistics, insurance, safety, and ICT.
IMDG – Dangerous Goods Advanced and CSC – Safe Container, issued by the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran.
Pharmaceutical Systems Transport – Advanced logistics and pharmaceutical supply chain management.
Transport Planning & Management Course – Operations management across road, rail, sea, and air transport systems.
72-Hour Customs Brokerage Diploma – Certified by the Iran Chamber of Commerce.
Technical Management Certificate – Issued by the Technical and Vocational Organization of Iran.
Throughout my professional journey, I have strived to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and operational reality through responsibility, precision, and innovation.
I firmly believe that both my nominal strengths (academic excellence, international certifications, and formal credentials) and my real strengths (field experience, fleet leadership, and training contributions) together form a solid foundation for my success in the program “ Water Transport Management and Hydrographic Navigation Supply.”
